Add Task Completion Reason

To add a reason, select the "+" icon located at the bottom right corner of the "Task Completion Reasons" section.

Once you have selected the "+" button, a new modal will pop up to allow you to add a new reason and then categorize the reason in either the "Success" or "Failed" category. You can also enforce the requirement to have drivers input notes if they select a specific reason.

Once you are satisfied, you can select "Add Reason" to save the reason under the selected category and drivers will have access to the new option when they next log into their driver's app.

Display Alternative Text to Recipients

This feature can be useful for organizations that prefer to not surface specific reasons to recipients but create specific reasons for internal analytics.

If alternative text is left blank, the recipient will only see the task status (Completed or Unsuccessful attempt).
