In this article, you'll learn how to view analytics for tasks you've orchestrated to a third-party carrier in Onfleet.
If your organization has Orchestration enabled, a set of KPI tiles and charts will appear automatically on your Analytics dashboard, giving you visibility into how much you're spending with external carriers and how those orchestrated orders are performing.
Requirements
Orchestration KPIs and charts are available to organizations on a Scale or Enterprise plan with Orchestration enabled. If your organization doesn't use Orchestration, or doesn't have any orders with a carrier, these tiles and charts won't appear on your dashboard.
Orchestration KPI Tiles
Two KPI tiles appear automatically near the top of your Analytics dashboard:
- Third-party spend — the total amount spent on external carriers during the selected time window, shown in your organization's local currency.
- Third-party orders — the number of orders fulfilled by an external carrier during the selected time window.
Note: These KPI tiles are enabled by default and require no setup.
Orchestration Charts
Scrolling further down your Analytics dashboard, you'll also find two Orchestration charts:
- Third-party spend — a time-series view of total carrier spend on orchestrated orders across the selected window.
- Third-party order count by completion status — shows the total number of orchestrated orders in the selected window, broken down by outcome. Each bar represents total order count, split into Succeeded and Failed segments.
Customizing the completion status chart
The Third-party order count by completion status chart uses the same layout and controls as your other time-series charts, including chart type and group-by options.
- The Y-axis shows Orders, and the X-axis shows time.
- You can group this chart by Day, Week, or Month.
- Grouping by Routes, Teams, or Drivers isn't supported for this chart.
Note: Both Orchestration charts are added to the standard Analytics view automatically for organizations with Orchestration enabled, and appear side by side in the same row as your Task count by completion status chart.
