In this article, you will learn how to view and edit orders you have created in your portal.
Now that you have created orders, you will be able to view them within your portal.
Order details include:
- Order ID
- Courier
- Dropoff Recipient name
- Order Status
- Date of Order creation
- Last updated (this will include any changes made to the order, or driver updates).
To view the order details, you can either click the order ID under the "Order ID" column to open the "View Order" form.
You will have the ability to edit an order’s details until the order status changes to In-Progress. To edit an order, click the three dots to open the action menu, then select “Edit Order”.
Once you are satisfied with your updates, select “Save” in the bottom right corner of the window, and the changes will be reflected in the courier’s dashboard.
