In this article, you will learn how to enable the "Remove Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from Driver Task History" function at an organization level.
The "Remove PII" feature is an option for your organization, and when it is enabled some of the task details will not be available to a driver when a task is completed. The task information is available to the Driver when the task is created, assigned, and in progress.
To request the "Remove PII" feature - please contact Onfleet Support.
If your Organization has the remove PII setting enabled, the driver will see a subset of information in Task History.
Data that is removed when the task is completed:
- Map removed
- Navigation button
- Destination notes
- Recipient name
- Recipient notes
- Notes
Data visible when a task is completed:
- Task Type
- Duration
- Distance Traveled
- Custom Fields
- Time Line (with photo or signature)
- Photo
- Signature
