Mi9

In this article, you will learn about the Onfleet and Mi9 integration.

This article will cover:

Mi9

Mi9 Retail is an enterprise software provider for large retailers, wholesalers, and brands. Onfleet's Mi9 integration allows automatic task creation and deletions of tasks that fall under a specific status.

This seamless integration allows orders to flow into Onfleet improving operational efficiency. This integration allows for task creation, task completion, and task deletion within Onfleet.

Workflow

The workflow for your Mi9 + Onfleet integration will be as follows:

  1. The grocer should whitelist Onfleet's office, VPN, staging, and production IP addresses to their Mi9 instance
  2. Each store needs to have two teams for each store, each should share a Hub.
-One team will be the team for the store. This team has drivers on it and most of the     operations of the store will be through this team
-The other team acts as the "error" team. This team only has dispatchers on it and is there to allow the import of tasks with incorrect addresses. The task is imported but requires manual intervention before the delivery can take place.
  3. The grocer will work with Onfleet to provide which task status they would to be considered for an order to be imported.
  4. Orders will then be imported to Onfleet and the tasks will be assigned to drivers for delivery.

Troubleshooting

If you are running into any errors with your Onfleet integrations please feel free to reach out to the Onfleet Support Team at support@onfleet.com. We strongly recommend reaching out to the Mi9's support team as well, since some issues may be originating on the partner's end and Onfleet is unable to view activity on third-party integrations.

Usually, the most common causes of errors may be due to location and task completion times. Since Onfleet uses Google Maps API to geocode all task locations, we recommend you cross-reference your task address in Google Maps to ensure the location information is correct and in the correct format.

Task completion times must be in the future, and tasks that are past-dated are, unfortunately, unable to be created or completed within the Onfleet integrations.
