In this article, you will learn about how to add a Delivery Service Provider to your account. Onfleet offers the ability to add Delivery Service Providers (DSP) as a connection to your organization.
To add a DSP as a connection, you can log into your account and select "Settings" > "Connections".
Once in the "Connections" section, enter a new email, and select "Client" as the connection type. Your client will then receive an email invitation to create a client organization that is connected to your organization.
Once your connection has registered as a DSP client via the email invitation, they will be able to log into the lite dashboard. Your client can now create and view order details:
The client's dashboard will have a Table view of the tasks, and the ability to create custom notifications and to customize the tracking page for their tasks.
