In this article, you will learn how to review task analytics on the Onfleet driver mobile app.

This article will cover:

Driver Analytics View 

Drivers can review their personal task history via the "Analytics" tab, located in the center of the bottom bar in the Onfleet driver app. Drivers do not have to be "On Duty" to be able to view their information.

The Analytics tab contains information that summarizes the driver's historic deliveries based on selected dates and includes: 

  • Quick summary of time per task, distance per task, service time per task
  • Task completed for the specified time frame
  • Task completion (On Time vs. Delayed)
  • Miles driven
  • Distance on duty (In Transit vs. Idle)
  • Time on duty (In Transit vs. Idle)

On Time vs. Delayed

On-time refers to tasks that are completed within their completion window, while Delayed refers to tasks that are completed after the completion windows.

In Transit vs. Idle

In Transit refers to any time or distance spent while the driver is actively working on a task. This is referring to the timeframe between when a driver selects "Start Task" and when the driver selects "Complete Task". 

Idle refers to any time or distance spent when the driver is not actively working on a task. This is referring to the timeframe between when a driver has not yet started a task.
