Command Center Overview
You can select the "Command center" option located on the left-hand side bar to be able to view the progress of your current day's routes. This feature is designed to allow you to monitor and manage drivers servicing your customers in real-time.
The Command Center is made up of two areas: Quick Stats and Routes Table
Quick Stats
The "Quick Stats" located on the upper section of the command center will display key metrics regarding routes and task statuses. It is designed to provide a quick view to assess how your drivers are performing on today’s planned routes and tasks.
Quick Stats Displayed are:
- Current Alerts
-
Overdue routes - Only displayed if 1 or more Routes from a Previous day are still in progress
- This statistic is built to provide Organizations with insight into Route Plans that may not have been completed, with Tasks that may need to be rescheduled/ addressed with the end recipients.
- Failed tasks - Count of today’s failed tasks
-
Delayed tasks - Current count of delayed tasks
- Routes - Count of today’s Route Plans, those that are In-Progress, Delayed, Completed, and Pending
- Completed tasks - Summary stats of all Tasks completed during the current day
Routes Table
A table view of the current day's routes, this view can easily be sorted by each column to help surface routes that may need your attention. You can select the "Column" option on the upper right side to remove or add columns from this view, to help tailor the view of the information that is important to you.
Routes Table columns are:
- Name - Name of route plan

Map View
You can click the “Map” option in the top right corner to open a map view of the routes in your Command Center. This view provides a snapshot of each driver’s route, real-time progress, turn-by-turn paths, and task completion status.
To focus on specific routes, simply select one or multiple routes from the table view — the map will automatically update to display your selection.
Date Selection
The Command Center includes a date filter that lets you view routes, tasks, and drivers for any date - past, present, or future. This is useful for reviewing historical operations after the fact or planning for upcoming shifts.
To select a date:
- Open Command Center from the left navigation menu.
- Locate the date filter at the top-left corner of the page.
- Select any past, current, or future date.
- The filter label updates dynamically to reflect your selection: Today, Yesterday, Tomorrow, or a specific date (e.g., Feb 25, 2026).
Note: Command Center defaults to Today on first load within each session. Your selected date persists across dashboard tab navigation and page refreshes within the same session. If no data exists for the selected date, an empty state message will appear and the widgets panel will be hidden.
Filter
You can select the "Filter" option on the left-hand side under "Routes" to filter the routes by a variety of categories, such as:
- Team
- Hub
- Driver Status
- Vehicle Type
- Route State
- Route Status
- Route Start Time
- Route End Time
- Task Status
Planned vs. Actual Metrics
The Command Center task table includes "Planned/Actual Arrival" and "Planned/Actual Completion" columns, which let you compare when tasks were expected to arrive and complete against when they actually did.
Planned times are locked in when a route starts and will not update if tasks are reordered or added afterward. While a task is pending or in transit, actual times show "–" until it completes, at which point the actual times persist, making end-of-day reviews easier to reference directly from the task table.
Planned/Actual Arrival: Located after the "Started" column, this shows the planned arrival time for each task alongside the actual arrival time once the task completes. A color-coded indicator shows the difference: green for on-time or early (e.g. "-2m"), red for late (e.g. "+2m").
Planned/Actual Completion: Shows the planned completion time alongside the actual completion time once the task is done, with the same green/red indicator.
Projected ETA / Projected ETC: These columns show live estimates that update throughout the task lifecycle. Once a task completes, they clear to "–" since the actual times are now reflected in the Planned/Actual columns.
