Important to know
Command Center is built to be a real-time monitoring tool, displaying updates for Today’s Route Plans, Tasks, and Drivers. By design there is no date selection.
Command Center is available for Scale and Enterprise customers.
- Route Plans must be enabled and used to see data in the Command Center
- If there are no Route Plans for today, there is no data to be displayed
- Overdue Route Plans (i.e. scheduled on a previous date, and the Route is still In-Progress) will also display in Command Center until that Route is completed
- Tasks assigned individually to a Driver will not display in Command Center
Command Center Overview
The Command Center can be accessed at any time from the sidebar, showing the progress of Today’s routes and tasks. Designed to allow you to monitor and manage drivers servicing your customers.
- Command Center can be opened in a separate tab from the Dashboard allowing Monitors to quickly oversee the progress of today's routes.
- A few primary actions Monitors regularly perform have been added to Command Center, including edit route, assign route, and unassign route.
- The Command Center is made up of two areas: Quick Stats and Routes Table

Key metrics visible at the top of the Command Center, designed to provide a quick view to assess how your drivers are performing today’s planned routes and tasks.

Overdue routes (not displayed above) - Only displayed if 1 or more Routes from a Previous day is still In-Progress
- This statistic is built to provide Organizations with insight into Route Plans that may not have been successfully completed with Tasks that may need to be rescheduled/ addressed with the end recipient
- Failed tasks - Count of today’s failed tasks
- Delayed tasks - Current count of delayed tasks

- Routes (Today) - Count of today’s Route Plans, those that are In-Progress, Delayed, Completed, and Pending
- Completed tasks (Today) - Summary stats of all Tasks completed during the current day
Routes Table
A table view of today’s routes that are visible to the current user. This view can easily be resorted by each column to help surface routes that may need your attention. The purple header indicates the column being sorted and many of the columns can be removed/ added through the ‘Column’ button, to help tailor the view of the information that is important to you. We will be adding filters in the New Year.
Routes Table columns:
- Name - Name of route plan
- Assigned driver + Vehicle icon (if assigned)
- Team - Assigned Team
- Hub - Assigned Hub
- Start at - Planned start time
- End at - Planned completion time (if available, optional setting)
- Actual Start - Actual time the route plan was started (if available)
- Actual End - Actual time the route plan was completed (if available)
- State - State of the Route Plan, Pending, In progress, or Completed
- Distance - Planned distance (if available, only populated with optimized routes)
- Actual Distance - Actual distance traveled during route plan (if available)
- Progress - Planned task progress wheel showing the count of planned tasks vs. completed tasks on the route plan
Task Nested Table columns: Details of the assigned tasks for the expanded route.

- Task Address - Address of the task
- Recipient Name
- Status - Status of the task (assigned, unassigned, succeeded, or failed)
- Delay - Estimated time delay of task
- Time window - Scheduled task time window
- Started - Actual started time of the task (if available)
- ETA - Predictive time of arrival (populated once the route is started)
- ETC - Predictive time of completion (populated once the route is started)
- Completed - Actual completed time of the task (if available)
- Completion reason - Planned distance (if available, only populated with optimized routes)
FAQs
What if I don’t have any route plans for today?
The Command Center will display with a message starting no routes are planned for today.
What enhancements are coming soon?
We will continue to build out functionality in the Command Center during the first half of 2025, such as additional filters and search.
Will a map be supported in the Command Center?
Yes! We will continue to build out functionality in the Command Center during the early part of 2025. One of the next big visual updates will include a slide out Map view, including turn-by-turn route lines. Timing is planned for the second quarter of 2025.
Can I see more details on individual route plans?
The Dashboard will continue to be available for more details and actions for routes, driver, and tasks. However, we will be building a Route Details drill-down view from the Command Center. Users will be able to easily access route plan details, route stats, and a map for each individual route. Timing is planned for the second quarter of 2025.
