Columns in the Task Export File
If your organization has priced orders, the following columns will be needed for invoicing your clients in the task export file:
- Service
Indicates the service type associated with the task, such as Same Day Rush, Next Day Standard, etc. - Rate
Displays the rate table applied to the task. - Cost
Shows the calculated cost for the task based on the assigned rate. - Creator Organization
Lists the client organization that created the task. This column is already included in the export file. - Weight
Displays the weight of the task’s items, if applicable. - Quantity
Shows the quantity of items associated with the task. - Order Short ID
The unique identifier linking the pickup and dropoff task of the order.
Interpreting the Data
- Use the Service and Rate columns to review how tasks were priced.
- Analyze the Cost column for the amount.
-
Pickup and Dropoff Tasks
- The export includes data for both pickup and dropoff tasks, which are linked by a unique Order Short ID. The cost will be reflected for both tasks, so you must filter the data accordingly to avoid double-counting.
- When summing charges, filter the clients by the Creator Organization.
