In this article, you will learn how to use the Label Printing feature. This feature allows you to select one or multiple orders and print a shipping label that will include the pick-up and drop-off destination and other associated information.
Please note: This feature is only available for clients of couriers
Please note the following:
- The label printing feature is designed to print 4x6 labels and to be used with a thermal printer
- Onfleet recommends using a 4x6 thermal label printer with a resolution of 200dpi or above
- If the order does not have a complete after, the shipment date will not be shown on the label
- If the quantity of the label is greater than 1, multiple labels will be generated
To print a label, select the order you would like to print the label for and then select "Print Label":
This will open a new tab on your browser that displays a preview of your shipping label with your order information:
Once you are ready to print, select the print icon and then proceed with your printing. Please note the following requirements for printing:
- You will need to install the driver or software that comes with your label printer
- When printing a label for the first time, select your 4x6 printer in the "Destination" tab
- Verify your size is set to 4x6
- Set the scale to “Fit printable area”
