Label Printing

In this article, you will learn how to print labels for your orders.  This feature allows you to select one or multiple orders and print a shipping label that will include the pick-up and drop-off destinations and other associated information.

Please note:

  • The label printing feature is designed to print 4x6 labels and to be used with a thermal printer
  • Onfleet recommends using a 4x6 thermal label printer with a resolution of 200dpi or above
  • If the order does not have a complete after, the shipment date will not be shown on the label
  • If the quantity of the label is greater than 1, multiple labels will be generated

Print a Label

To print a label, select the order you would like to print from the "Orders" section of your dashboard.  Once in the order details window, select the three vertical dots located on the right side of the order ID. 

Then select the "Print label" option: 

This will open a new tab on your browser that displays a preview of your shipping label with your order information:

 

Once you are ready to print, select the print icon on the print page and then proceed with your printing.

Please note the following requirements for printing: 

  • You will need to install the driver or software that comes with your label printer
  • When printing a label for the first time, select your 4x6 printer in the "Destination" tab
  • Verify your size is set to 4x6 
  • Set the scale to “Fit printable area”
