Label Printing

In this article, you will learn how to use the Label Printing feature. This feature allows you to select one or multiple orders and print a shipping label that will include the pick-up and drop-off destination and other associated information.

Please note: This feature is only available for clients of couriers

Please note the following:

  • The label printing feature is designed to print 4x6 labels and to be used with a thermal printer
  • Onfleet recommends using a 4x6 thermal label printer with a resolution of 200dpi or above
  • If the order does not have a complete after, the shipment date will not be shown on the label
  • If the quantity of the label is greater than 1, multiple labels will be generated

To print a label, select the order you would like to print the label for and then select "Print Label":

This will open a new tab on your browser that displays a preview of your shipping label with your order information:

Once you are ready to print, select the print icon and then proceed with your printing. Please note the following requirements for printing:

  • You will need to install the driver or software that comes with your label printer
  • When printing a label for the first time, select your 4x6 printer in the "Destination" tab
  • Verify your size is set to 4x6
  • Set the scale to “Fit printable area”
