Recipient experience

Depending on your SMS notification triggers, a recipient can receive an automatic text notification the moment a Driver starts their task from the mobile app.

If your notifications include ETA and tracking link tags, customers will be able to easily track the progress of their delivery through their mobile browser. Additionally, customers will have the ability to initiate communication with their driver via Voice and Text while their task is active.




If feedback is enabled for your organization, when a driver marks a given task as Complete, the tracking link tag will automatically redirect your customers to a feedback page. 




From the recipient-facing tracking page, customers will be able to submit a star rating and add an accompanying note.
